I am passionate about innovation and challenging the status quo to continuously build the future of fintech. I have spent over 25 years of my life trying to answer two questions: what do customers want and how do they want it?

These two questions– and their constantly evolving answers– have driven me in my career from leadership roles in HSBC and ICICI Banks to being the CEO of TimesofMoney, a global payments business. This customer driven outlook has seen me take some major leaps like engineering TimesofMoney’s acquisition twice and also led me to major gains such as creating significant shareholder value and driving exponential growth.

It is my customer-driven business ethos which finally led me to Pipli. I want to challenge myself as well as the industry to delve even deeper into the customer-business relationship. To be able to facilitate business decisions on the basis of direct information provided by customers in the form of data; this cutting edge of tech, business, and consumer relations is where I find myself now after my career journey of listening to the customer in order to build the future of business.

I graduated with honours in physics and did a dual specialization MBA in finance and marketing form TAPMI. When I am not thinking products, I love mentoring new ventures, travelling and strumming RDB tunes on Hobner, my 40 year old guitar.
