Pipli started from ground zero in 2020 with a simple dream of our co-founders – how can we mobilize all customer data into a coherent form that can help a business improve its bottom line.

 
 

Over the years and in our interactions with people across countries, companies and economies, we have all closely observed challenges faced by people and retailers. We have all seen how retailers struggle to connect with consumers and catering to their need effectively. This ends up with situation where our email and SMS inbox is flooded with spam messages from retailers – which are completely unrelated to who we are and what we buy:

“If I am a regular coffee drinker what will I do with a discount voucher for pizza?!!”

Retailers, especially large retailers, have been trying to manage this. Customised promos, loyalty programs and targeted positioning have become commonplace. But the final goal is still far away for them – as we have witnessed first-hand in our interactions with them as employers, customers and partners. As retailers become smaller, access to consumer data becomes more and more constrained. Complicated products with high implementation costs have kept consumption related intelligence; a critical business advantage out of reach for many small businesses. Pipli was established in recognition of this need – to empower retailers (regardless of size, categories & segments, geography, product mix, customer access) to have meaningful relationship with their consumers and stakeholders.

We are building platforms, that will augment human efforts for companies and individuals by using artificial intelligence, machine learning and other evolving technologies. With its ever-evolving intuitive platform Leira 2.0, Pipli is engineered to unlock and unleash the raw power of customer data to improve customer experiences and achieve business goals. We have developed a state of the art platform Leira 2.0, it is modular, plug and play, can be used by a big retailer and is also accessible to a small business enterprise. It is asset light and can be deployed with minimal technology intervention and cape.
