Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand if somehow things didn’t work-out between us. With a broken heart we have laid down some conditions before we part ways:

  • Since we follow a pre-paid model for payments, you are free to walk out within 15 days of the payment for subscription.

  • Our subscriptions renew automatically on their due renewal date and will continue to do so. So, make it official by sending an email to sales@pipli.com

  • Once that’s done, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us that your SaaS service has been cancelled.

  • We hope you cooperate, as Pipli will be unable to make any refunds or credits for partial months or years of service upon cancellation.

  • Kindly take care of payments of fees of taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

  • If you love our company and simply wish upgrade or even downgrade your plan for SaaS services, visit ‘Subscription and Payments’ on the page of your retailer portal and change the subscription details. Your chosen billing method will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.

  • Wishing to downgrade? Please note, at Pipli we do not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.

  • Making great connection is our priority, hence we at Pipli reserve the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any SaaS service bought.

All the policies above apply to the SaaS service listed on Pipli. We’re hoping we don’t get there and maintain a long and happy relationship.
